At our recent team event, we put our laptops aside and gathered around a kitchen instead. We chopped vegetables, stirred pots, shared stories, and laughed a lot. There was no agenda, just time to enjoy being together. It was a simple reminder that strong collaboration starts with a real human connection. When people feel comfortable and valued, trust grows naturally, and that trust shapes how we work together every day. For us, culture isn’t a slogan or a slide in a presentation. It’s built in small, shared moments like these. And often, those moments stay with us long after the evening ends.

It was a pleasure to show what our team is working on, from our technology to our production processes, and to share the passion that drives us every day. More importantly, it gave us the chance to have an open conversation about innovation, regional development, and how companies like NovoArc can contribute to the strength of the local community.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for an in-depth exchange on academic training, innovation, and the critical role of close collaboration between universities and industry.
